Warranty
International manufacturer warranty
Every watch is covered by the manufacturer’s own international warranty, valid from the date on the card. Coverage runs two to five years depending on the brand — the exact term is printed on the card that comes in your box.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, hands and case. This includes a movement that runs outside its rated accuracy, a crown or pusher that fails, or a bracelet clasp that breaks in normal use.
What is not covered
Normal wear to the case, bracelet and crystal. Water damage where the crown was left unscrewed. Damage from impact, or from service carried out by an unauthorised watchmaker. Batteries and straps are consumable items.
Making a claim
Contact us first with your invoice number. Because the warranty is the manufacturer’s and is international, a claim can be made either through us or at any authorised service centre for that brand, anywhere in the world. We will tell you which route is faster for your particular watch and handle the correspondence if you prefer.
