Fourteen days to change your mind

If the watch is not what you expected, send it back within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unworn, with the box, the warranty card and all the links.

How to return

Message us with your invoice number and we will arrange collection. Return shipping is free if the watch is faulty, not as described, or not genuine. For a simple change of mind, return postage is yours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three working days of the watch arriving back with us and passing inspection.

Exchanges

If you would rather swap for a different reference, we will hold the value of your return against the new watch and simply settle the difference either way.
