Shipping

Free insured delivery across Pakistan

Every order ships free, fully insured for its full value, and requires a signature on delivery.

Timing

• Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment clearing.
• Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad: typically next working day.
• Elsewhere in Pakistan: typically two to three working days.

Before it ships

We photograph your actual watch, its serial number and its warranty card, and send those to you before dispatch. If anything looks wrong to you at that point, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is collected. Packaging is deliberately unbranded on the outside.
