Authenticity
Every watch is genuine. Here is how you can check.
Kronox imports directly from the manufacturer rather than through an authorised distributor in Pakistan. That is the only reason the price is lower. The watch itself is identical to the one sold in a boutique — same reference, same movement, same serial number, same international warranty.
What arrives with your watch
- The manufacturer’s original box and outer packaging.
- The international warranty card, stamped and carrying your watch’s serial number.
- The instruction booklet and any bracelet links removed during sizing.
- A Kronox invoice showing the reference and serial, which is what you use for any future warranty claim.
Verify it yourself
The serial number engraved on your watch matches the one printed on the warranty card and on your invoice. You are welcome to check that number with the manufacturer directly before or after purchase — we will send you photographs of the actual watch and its card before dispatch if you ask.
If it is not genuine
Return it for a full refund, including the cost of shipping both ways, with no time limit and no questions. We would rather carry that risk than have you carry it.
