Before you buy

Ask us for photographs of the actual watch and its warranty card. We would rather spend the time up front than have you wondering. We send these before dispatch on every order anyway — if anything looks wrong to you at that point, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Sourcing

If you want something we do not list, tell us the brand and the reference number. Most of the catalogue is imported to order anyway, so a piece that is not on the site is usually still possible — and we will quote before committing you to anything.

Viewings

We are online-only, so there is no shop floor to walk into. For higher-value references we can arrange a viewing before you commit — ask about a viewing and we will work out somewhere convenient.
