Terms of sale

Who you are buying from

Kronox is an independent importer. We are not an authorised dealer for the brands we sell, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. The watches are the manufacturer’s genuine product, imported directly rather than through a local distributor.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable duty unless stated. Most pieces are imported to order, so the lead time on a given reference is confirmed with you before payment. If a piece becomes unavailable after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Authenticity

Every watch is genuine and arrives with the manufacturer’s international warranty card carrying a serial number that matches the watch and your invoice. If any watch we sell is ever shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full, both ways, with no time limit.

Warranty

Coverage is the manufacturer’s own international warranty for the term printed on your card. See the warranty page for what is and is not covered.

Returns

Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and complete. See the returns page.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
